Terms and Conditions
The following terms and conditions apply to all orders which are processed by HomeVibe LTD either online or by any other form of communication and form part of the contract between us. Please read them carefully and print a copy for future reference. Your use of this site indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. In the event of any queries, please contact us.
At the checkout you will be advised a delivery date.
We will keep you updated with the progress of your order if the item has oversold, It is your responsibility to check your items as soon as possible after delivery and let us know about any shortage or damage in order that we can speak to the delivery company.
If the delivery is not completed after 3 attempts at the delivery address and the item is returned to us; a second delivery charge may be applied if the courier can gain no access and you have not provided us with instructions for delivery, this doesnt happen very often as the delivery company will usually leave in a safeplace and post a card with the location of your parcel.
We reserve the right to not accept Bulk Orders from the trade or individual consumers.
Payment will be taken at the time the order is placed. You will receive a confirmation email with an order number which will state your payment identification number located at the bottom of the invoice. We accept payment by most major credit and debit cards & paypal
We hope that your purchase and service provided by HomeVibe has met or exceeded your expectations and that you’ll never need to complain to us, however we do understand that occasionally things do not go to plan and that problems can occur.
If your item was purchased online:
In the first instance please call us on 07983808810 and we will endeavour to resolve the matter quickly and to your satisfaction. Alternatively you can write to email@example.com with details of your complaint. The vast majority of problems can be resolved in this way.

Right to Cancel
Your right to cancel an order for goods starts the moment you place your order and ends 14 days from the day you receive your goods, This 14 day period is the time you have to decide whether to cancel, you then have a further 14 days to actually send the goods back.
If Products are Faulty
1. If your item has a confirmed fault within 30 days of delivery, you will be able to return this as an exchange or for a full refund.
You can get advice regarding your legal rights from your local Citizens Advice Bureau or Trading Standards office. Nothing in these terms will affect your legal rights.
Refunding the cost of delivery
You are entitled to the basic delivery cost of getting the goods to you in the first place. If you opted for enhanced services such as express delivery.
Should you wish to cancel your order, any goods supplied must be returned to HomeVibeLTD, Montague Storage Site, Nuneaton, CV11 6BX
Returns must be made at your own expense within 14 days of your notice to cancel, alternatively we can send a returns label and advise you the cost.
If your item is faulty please email HomeVibeLTD@yahoo.co.uk and we will ask you for the neccasary description of fault which will be dealt with and the neccesary returns procejure sent to you via email
Christmas returns policies may differ and a separate returns information page will be available during this period.
